Village Bakery Pizza Night ~ Every Friday Night

Della Zona is our wood fired Bake House where we bake our artisan Village Bakery breads.  Della Zona means "from the region" and that is exactly what we are all about.  From the house made mozzarella that is made from Snowville  Creamery milk to the marinara that we put up (over 2,000 pounds this year) from Shade River and Sassafras Organic roma tomatoes.  We use the local bounty to top all our pizzas with veggies, meats and cheeses.  The Village Bakery's Pizza night is the 30 Mile Meal destination.  Our menu changes weekly, so stop here to see what on special this week! 

Salads, Soup, Starters and Pasta:

Wood-Fired Pizza

  • 12" crust is made with all organic wheat, local spelt and khorasan flour.
  • Our gluten free option is pure organic brown rice, topped just like a pizza
  • All pizzas are hand tossed and baked to perfection in our scorching wood-fired masonry oven
  • We use only Snowville Creamery milk to make our fresh mozzarella and our pizzas are also topped with a rich raw milk Clover Creek cheese
  • all our specialty and signature pizzas are 14.

  • Fuentes~ a picante green chile garlic marinara with fresh oregano, tomatillos,  sweet corn, cremini mushrooms, scallion and roasted papas (potato)
  • Greek Democracy ~  spinach,  scallion, green garlic, marinated olives and capers,  bianca,  fresh mozzarella, Integration Acres Feta cheese and hopefully FRESH Shade River Tomatoes!!!
