Sparky's Sprouted Soy-Buckwheat Scrapple, 8 oz (wheat-free)
This fully cooked vegan scrapple, made from our organic soybean okara, is ready to be sliced and crisped in your favorite oil, and served however you love your scrapple! Not as mushy as the pork-part version, but just as delicious on toast with jam, with scrambled eggs, or alongside pancakes and maple syrup. The Buckwheat (wheat-free) version, dark and delicious, can double as faux salami when thinly sliced before sauteeing. (The equally delicious sprouted spelt version is the one pictured in the pan.) Wrapped in parchment, not plastic.
