Complex and bracing aromatics in a rich but dry white wine with plenty of minerality, this Pinot Blanc (cousin to the more ubiquitous Pinot Gris/Grigio) is luscious on its own or paired with subtle tastes and creamy foods-quiche, salads, flaky fish or soft cheeses.
