Gonzales Bastias 'Naranjo' (Orange wine)
A vibrant orange wine from the heart of the Maule Valley, Chile. Made from a blend of Torontel, Moscatel, and País, the fruit is macerated with skins for 60 days in the traditional style of this region. Despite its relatively long skin-contact, this wine exhibits wonderful finesse in its flavor and structure. The nose is aromatic, with delicate notes of peach and white flowers. The palate is light and fresh, with a well-balanced texture – body without too much grip. Pairs well with spicy or sweet-and-sour dishes.
