Very small-batch bronze-die cut fresh (not dried) pasta, made from organic whole grain Einkorn and organic semolina. 8 oz. Cook in salted boiling water for just 3-6 minutes, until done to your liking. This pasta is so good it tastes great in the 'sauce' of the salted water in which it cooks! Also terrific tossed with one of our seasonal sauces or sides.
