- Frittata :: Smoked Trout or Vegetarian—$11
Local eggs, Laurel Valley cheeses, fresh herbs and veggies with our wood-fired bread croutons baked in a casserole. Served with choice of potatoes, beans, King chicken sausage or Funny Girl vegan bacon.
- Farmer’s Platter—$12
Two eggs scrambled or over-easy with your choice of potatoes or beans, and your choice of King Family chicken sausage or Funny Girl vegan bacon. Served with toast or biscuit.
- Wake Up Call—$12
Two eggs scrambled, over-easy eggs, or tempeh sausage, served on baked polenta with onion, sautéed greens and farmstead cheese. Comes with a side of salsa and choice of potatoes, beans, King chicken sausage or Funny Girl vegan bacon.
- Sunday AM Scram—$11
Scrambled eggs with sautéed veggies & mushrooms served with a side of salsa and choice of potatoes, beans, King chicken sausage or Funny Girl vegan bacon.
- Village "Pain Perdu" French Toast Frittata—$10
Village Bakery French bread "lost" in cinnamon vanilla custard and baked to perfection. Served with Sticky Pete’s Maple Syrup and topped with Snowville Creamery whipped cream.
A brunch specialty from Limousin France! Baked fruit crepe made with Kernza, a perennial wheat, featuring our cream cheese and seasonal fruit and topped with Snowville whipped cream.
